• Dark rum
• White rum
• Lime juice
• Pineapple juice
• Grenadine
• Ice
• Orange (optional)
• Cherry (optional)
• Mint (optional)

1. Pour the rums and fruit juices into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard until the outside of the shaker feels really cold.
2. Strain the mixture into a tall glass or hurricane glass filled with ice, then pour in the grenadine to colour the drink.
3. Add the orange, cherry and mint to garnish

• Skewer the fruit garnish for a more elegant garnish
• Slowly pour the grenadine onto a spoon to gently add it to the drink so that the drink has a colour gradient.
