Description: A twist on the traditional tequila shot, flavouring the wedge of lime instead of the shot itself.

• Tequila - 50ml
• Bitters - 10ml
• Black pepper - 1 sprinkle
• Lime - 1

1. Pour out the tequila in the shot glass.
2. Mix together the bitters and black pepper on a plate.
3. Cut a wedge out of the lime and soak the flesh in the bitters and black pepper mixture.
4. Balance the lime on the top of the shot glass for presentation.

• For a weeter taste, add sugar to the bitters and black pepper mixture.
• An alternative flavour for the lime would be to use tajin
• Aged tequila will go down smoother (Reposado or Anejo)
