Description: An old but popular classic dating back to the early 1900s, a deep yet sweet orange flavour.

Origin: England

• Brandy - 60ml
• Orange liqueur (Triple Sec) - 30ml
• Lemon juice - 30ml
• Ice - 1 handful

1. Add the brandy, orange liqueur, lemon juice and ice to a mixer
2. Shake the mixture until the shaker becomes ice cold
3. Strain the mixture into the glass

• If brandy isn’t available, it can be replaced with a bourbon or a smooth blended whisky alonside a little simple syrup
• Garnish with an orange twist
• Freshly squeezed lemon juice is always preferred
