Ingredients
- Vodka - 50ml
- Ginger Beer - 150ml
- Lime Juice - 25ml
- Ice - 1 handful
- Mint - 1 sprig (optional)
Recipe
- 1. Add a handful of crushed ice to the mug
- 2. Pour in the vodka & lime then mix
- 3. Fill to the top with ginger beer and top with mint as garnish
Tips
- Use ginger bitters to increase the spiced flavours in the drink
- Ginger ale can be an easy replacement for ginger beer
