Ingredients
- Whisky (rye) - 60ml
- Vermouth rosso - 30ml
- Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe
- Add the whisky, vermouth and bitters into a shaker woth ice.
- Shake until ice cold and serve into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a skewered cherry.
Tips
- Other vermouths can work in this drink, but a sweet vermouth is preferred.
- The maraschino cherry is the best for this cocktail.
