Ingredients
- Limoncello - 40ml
- Prosecco - 100ml
- Soda water - 50ml
- Lemon - 1
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe
- Add the ice to a glass, then pour in the prosecco and limoncello.
- Fill to the top with soda water and mix.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Tips
- To make for a stronger flavour, add less soda water or replace the soda with lemonade.
- If the limoncello is weak in alcohol percentage, give the drink an extra kick by adding some vodka.
