Jelloshot

Description: A classic party favourite, easy to make in big batches with your flavour of choice, they go down very easily.

• Vodka - 120ml
• Jelly mixture - 1 packet
• Water - 360ml

1. The following recipe makes enough for 12 jello shots.
2. Boil 240ml of water in a kettle.
3. Add the jelly mixture into a jug and pour the boiling water on top.
4. Mix the jelly mixture and water until dissolved.
5. Once dissolved pour in the vodka and remaining 120ml of cold water then mix.
6. Pour the mixture into shot glasses or tubs.
7. Place these containers on a tray and refridgerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

• The recipe may vary dependent on the mixture used, see the back of whtever packet you use.
• In this recipe, a quarter of the liquid used is alcohol. Increase the amount for a stronger shot.
