Green Tea

Description: A quick and easy shot to make that uses a base of whisky and a zesty hit of fruit juice replicating a green tea.

Origin: Ireland

• Whisky (Irish) - 15ml
• Peach schnapps - 15ml
• Lemon juice - 5ml
• Lime juice - 5ml
• Simple syrup - 5ml
• Water - 5ml
• Lemon & lime soda (Sprite) - To fill

1. Create a sour mix by muddling together the lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup and water.
2. Pour this mixture into the shot glass
3. Add equal amounts whisky and peach schnapps trying to keep them the same as the sour mixture
4. Top off with lemon and lime soda if needed

• To make sure the sour mix is made correctly, make more than enough and test it. You should be able to taste the sourness and the sweetness equally.
