• Gin - 60ml
• Lime juice - 25ml
• Simple syrup - 25ml
• Ice - 1 handful
• Lime - 1

1. Combine the gin, syrup and juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until the shaker is ice cold
3. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

• Make your own lime infused syrup by combining equal parts sugar and boiling water, them steeping the rind of lime within the mixture.
• Freshly squeezed lime juice is preferred.
