Ingredients
- Dark rum - 25ml
- Ginger Ale - 100ml
- Lime - 10ml
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe
- Add a few cubes ice to a glass along with a squeeze off lime juice
- Pour as many shots of dark rum as you’d like
- Fill to the top with ginger ale mixer
- Mix with a stirer and garnish with a wedge of lime
- Further garnish of rosemary or mint leaf can be used for extra pizzazz alongside a small amount of grated cinnamon stick.
