Bushwacker

Description: A sweet and creamy concoction which is basically a boozy milkshake, with tastes of chocolate, coconut and coffee.

Origin: U.S. Virgin Islands

• Dark rum - 60ml
• Coffee liqueur - 30ml
• Creme de cacao - 30ml
• Milk - 60ml
• Cream of coconut - 30ml
• Ice - 1 handful
• Nutmeg (optional)

1. Add the dark rum, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao, milk, cream of coconut and a handful of ice into a blender.
2. Blend until combined and frothy.
3. Pour mixture into the glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

• The higher fat content of the milk used, the thicker and richer the drink.
• Chocolate bitters can be used in place of the chocolate liqueur but the drink may need to be sweetened with a little simple syrup.
• A hurricane glass is often used for this drink and can be decorated with a little chocolate sauce on the walls of the glass.
