Ingredients
- Dark rum - 60ml
- Coffee liqueur - 30ml
- Creme de cacao - 30ml
- Milk - 60ml
- Cream of coconut - 30ml
- Ice - 1 handful
- Nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
- Add the dark rum, coffee liqueur, creme de cacao, milk, cream of coconut and a handful of ice into a blender.
- Blend until combined and frothy.
- Pour mixture into the glass and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Tips
- The higher fat content of the milk used, the thicker and richer the drink.
- Chocolate bitters can be used in place of the chocolate liqueur but the drink may need to be sweetened with a little simple syrup.
- A hurricane glass is often used for this drink and can be decorated with a little chocolate sauce on the walls of the glass.
