Ingredients
- Brandy - 60ml
- Lemon juice -
- Cherry syrup - 15ml
- Angostura bitters - 3 dashes
- Egg white - 1/2
- Ice - 1 handful
- Cherry - 1
Recipe
- Add the brandy, syrup, bitters, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until the shaker is ice cold.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with a cherry and lemon on a skewer.
Tips
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice is always best for this drink, as this is the main flavour of the drink.
- A maraschino cherry is the preferred choice of cherry.
