• Sherry - 30ml
• Bianco vermouth - 30ml
• Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
• Orange bitters - 2 dashes
• Lemon juice - 2 dashes
• Salt - 1 pinch
• Ice - 1 handful

1. Add the sherry, vermouth, lemon juice and bitters into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until the shaker turns ice cold.
3. Strain into a shot glass and garnish with a sprinkle of salt

• Dry or bianco vrmouth should be used, not sweet or rosso.
• Fino or manzanilla sherry should be used for this drink.
• The oils of lemon and lime rind can be used in addition to the ingredients.
