Ingredients
- Amaretto - 50ml
- Lemon juice - 25ml
- Egg - 1
- Cherry syrup - 10ml
- Cherry - 1
- Ice - 1 handful
Recipe
- Put the amaretto, lemon juice, syrup and a tablespoon of egg white into a mixer and shake.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Pour into a glass with ice.
- Garnish with a cherry to finish.
Tips
- Use angostura syrup instead of cherry syrup for a slightly different taste.
- Use brandied cherries for an added element to the drink. Skewer and garnish the drink with them.
